General Residential Cleaning

to include but not limited to:

  • Our general residential cleaning includes cleaning of all areas as discussed in estimate. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for each individual client based on their unique home and needs.

    Cleaning or all areas outlined in estimate

    Removal of light trash / debris

  • Dust all woodwork, including baseboards, door frames, doors, window

    frames and sills, stairways, banisters, cabinets.

    Dust all blinds-ceiling fans -cobweb.

    Dust all furniture with a no wax build up polish or murphys oil soap.

    Dust all furniture including top-front-sides-legs of each piece of furniture.

    Move and wipe everything on furniture.

    Shelves dusted.

    Shake out all doilies-runners and table cloths.

    Dust all picture frames and glass cleaner on glass fronts.

    Dust all items hanging on walls

    Wipe all return air vents-switch plates-lights-light bulbs-lampshades.

    Clean all glass interior and cabinet doors-glass entry doors and sliding

    glass doors on both sides.

    Spot clean all glass windows.

    Clean all mirrors.

  • Move / replace all small moveable fixtures to clean around and under

    Vacuum all carpet and rugs-edge carpet as needed

    Vacuum all bare floors

    Wet mop all hard floors

  • Clean and disinfect all surfaces.

    Move and wipe clean everything on counter tops.

    Dust all cabinet fronts and knobs spot clean as needed.

    Clean the faces of all appliances and the top of the refrigerator.

    Clean the microwave inside and out.

    Wipe clean the table-chairs-light fixtures.

    Clean and sanitize sink.

  • Clean and disinfect all surfaces.

    Move and wipe clean everything on counter tops.

    Wipe all cabinet fronts and knobs.

    Clean and sanitize all sinks.

    Scrub-sanitize-rinse all showers-bathtubs-spray bleach on any mold or mildew.

    Clean and sanitize all toilets inside and out.

    Clean and shine mirrors-chrome.

Deep Cleaning

To include all items of General Residential cleaning as well as items listed here:

  • A deep clean consists of all items in a General Residental Cleaning as well as the items listed here. These cleans are 100% customized to your unique home. If you need additional attention to specific areas they will be outlined during your estimate and can be updated as needed

  • Dust and wipe all blinds, windows and woodwork around windows that can be reached on a 3 ft step ladder.

    (Anything that is not reachable on a 3 ft step ladder is not allowed per compliance with BWC regulations.)

  • Thoroughly cobweb everything

    Wipe light fixtures and switch plates

    Wipe all woodwork and cabinets with soap and water

    Wipe all doors, both sides – also wipe the door knobs

    Wash inside of all windows and clean the window frame with soap and water

    Use a toothbrush to get every detail on the sinks and faucets cleaned

    Scour the sink and clean the mirror – leave all surfaces spotless

    Use great detail in cleaning the shower – comet and magic eraser on the floor – put bleach on any mold

    Make sure to wipe all of the pipes behind the toilet

    Move and clean under everything that isn’t a permanent fixture when you

    clean the floor

  • Thoroughly cobweb everything

    Wipe all light fixtures (where possible) – clean hanging lights over dining tables if possible

    Wipe all woodwork and cabinets with dish soap on a rag

    Wipe all doors, both sides – also wipe door knobs

    Clean sliding glass doors or storm doors on both sides

    Wash inside of all windows and clean the frames with dish soap

    Use a small brush to get every detail on the sink and faucet cleaned

    Scour the sink and leave spotless

    Clean the microwave inside and out – move it if you can and clean under it

    Clean the top of the fridge

  • Thoroughly cobweb everything

    Wipe light fixtures when you can

    Wipe light bulbs in lamps

    Wipe all woodwork with Dish soap on a cloth

    Wipe all doors, both sides – also wipe door knobs

    Clean glass entry doors on both sides

    Wash inside of all windows and clean the frames with Dish soap

    Vacuum all furniture including both sides of and under the cushions

    Open entertainment center cabinets and clean inside – including under electronics
